Friends of Music for the Growing Mind
We reckon we are demanding a lot of commitment from our patrons. Some of the institutions or people we have contacted – or who have contacted us – feel great empathy for the project and its goals but with sincere honesty have stated that their schedule does not allow them to assume the role of Patron.
We therefore encourage them to become a Friend of Music for the Growing Mind. Their role is to keep us in mind, not to forget our activities and, at their convenience, spread the word. Our role is to keep them informed and updated on everything we do and to make ourselves available.
Friends of Music for the Growing Mind are an important source for
developing cultural exchanges. Members of organizations visiting our
school as guest performers, teachers, and conductors also form part of
our growing community and work to accommodate those students selected to
travel domestically or internationally to visit our partners’
institutions.
